Welcome to our website.
No 7 Kingsgate is a Fabulous 2 bedroomed rental villa situated in Gibbs Glade, St Peter on the platinum west coast of the beautiful island of Barbados.
The villa is within a gated community, surrounded by lush gardens and a 2-minute walk to the beautiful white sandy, gently sloping, Gibbs Beach.
The villa has private, designated parking, at the front of the development.
There is a communal swimming pool, virtually outside your door, as a place to relax in the sun.
It is equipped with everything you will generally need for your stay, including laundry and fully equipped kitchen .

There is a large private sunbathing rooftop terrace for you to enjoy, and the shared pool is a great place to cool off and relax.
Close by to the villa, are bars and restaurants serving great cocktails and food. Bridgetown, Barbados’ capital is a short 30 min drive or bus ride away. Barbados weather is generally warm and sunny all year round with an average daytime temperature high of 30°C / 86°F
7 Kingsgate is situated on the platinum west coast of Barbados in Gibbs Glade. It is situated between Holetown ,to the south and Speightstown, to the north. Both are in easy reach by car , taxi or bus. Speightstown is 5 minutes away by car and Holetown, ten minutes. For those who like to walk, you can be in Speightstown in under 20 minutes. Both towns have good local amenities, with a good selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Gibbs Beach is two minutes walk from the villa, offering beautiful soft sands and safe swimming. For the more adventurous Mullins Beach is about five minutes walk to the north, offering a range of water sports and activities, for a negotiable price. There are a number of eateries within walking distance, though booking is recommended.
We are all reliant on IT when away. The home offers wi-fi, TV and local telephone calls.
